All the staff was superfriendly, fixed my issues. The room suited my needs, updated with a beautiful view of downtown houston. There were coffee/tea makers and a fridge upon arrival.

A lot of goodies for breakfast. The room was well-appointed with awesome heavenly beds, large window, excellent service. Excellent and amazing location next to the Galleria, amazing restaurants, immaculate rooms, and excellent staff and which has a great selection of stores, friendly check-in.

The staff are attentive and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. Make sure to get a double room with easy access to shopping, high selection of pillows plus comfortable walk-in shower. It offers outstanding service.

The bathrooms are dirty.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful, reasonable value, just what we had hoped for. The room was updated and there were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. Loved the decor, it was loft. Our stay was incredible, 100% recommend this property to all.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Water Wall. The hotel was in a very nice area, so close to the Galleria, and amazing restaurants, immaculate rooms, and excellent staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was absolutely fabulous, had magnificent location right at the Galleria. Loved our a double room with 2 queen beds and a beautiful view and large window. There were coffee/tea makers and a fridge. The staff was consistently courteous and amicable.

There were some issues with room assignments and noise from the ventilation system. The laundry service was unreliable and caused inconvenience.

I liked that the hotel was connected to the Galleria Mall-the most outstanding "mall" I had ever visited!

Location is excellent for shopping. Hotel staff is friendly and very kind.

Air conditioning in the room doesn't work well. I saw three guests who have breakfast complaining about dirty grass of orange juice, my case was lipstick mark on the glass.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, particularly the evening staff who were very helpful and accommodating. The conference space was well-sized and set up nicely. I also appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, with the Westin beds providing a great night's sleep.

One issue that I had was with the temperature in the conference space, which was uncomfortably cold. Additionally, I was disappointed to hear about an upsetting issue where a guest's confirmed accessible room was given away without any prior notification or alternative arrangements made.

They should fixed the bathroom (room 812) the water is leaking all times and things in shower taps is broken . Lights in the intrance almost old and yellow is not bright

The hotel is clean and is enjoyable base for shopping. Good restaurant, excellent food, people working here are helpful. It has favourable and perfect location to see Water Wall. It's set in a very nice area. The services are outstanding, including a clean pool. Besides, you can park your car outside.

I stayed for shopping and the hotel was fairly clean and the staff was attentive and extremely friendly. A double room with king bed was the best. It was very handy to have coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator.

I loved staying at this hotel! It was located right at the Galleria, so it was super convenient for shopping and dining. The staff was really helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities I needed, like a fridge and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool was great for relaxing, and the sun terrace was the perfect spot to soak up some sun. this place had everything I needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
